About project

MUSE7 is a new-build residence of 150 units — from compact studios to generous lofts with terraces — in northern Holešovice, at the Nádraží Holešovice metro station on Line C. For a buy-to-let investor it brings together three things that rarely align in Prague: a prestigious address in the wider centre, documented growth in both rents and prices (10% p.a. over the past five years) and — crucially — a position inside the Holešovice Bubny–Zátory II territorial study, the largest planned transformation in Prague. Published in June 2026, it envisages 22,500 new residents and roughly 10,000 apartments across 110 hectares of today's brownfield. MUSE7 sits in the finished, inhabited part of the district — it will capture the upside of that transformation without its tenants living on a building site for years.
